These terms govern any visit to casinosafest.com, whether you read one review or follow a link here from elsewhere. By staying on the site you agree to them; a reader who disagrees should close the tab. Sections carry letters so they are easy to cite, and the publisher’s details sit in section K.

CasinoSafest is an independent information site about online casinos available to players in the United States. It records licenses, payout times, complaint routes and bonus rules, and it explains games and state law in general terms. It is not a casino or a sportsbook: there are no player accounts here, no deposits and no games for money.

We write for people aged 21 and up. Read the site only where reading about gambling is lawful. Any real-money play you take up afterwards is your own arrangement with the operator, under the law of the state where you are standing at the time.
